Debt Advisory

CreditSME provides businesses with a debt advisory service that can cover a broad range of services relating to the debt capital structure of the business or project. Broadly, this service includes setting and implementing a strategy to achieve the optimal capital structure and arranging a loan on the best available loan terms for a business or sponsor.

More specifically, this advisory service will often involve analysing a business or project, developing a targeted list of the most suitable lenders and then running a competitive process with these lenders and managing the process through the financial close of the loan.

Our debt advisory service is typically for businesses seeking loans of between $2m and $100m. We offer a very competitive fee structure that can be tailored to your objectives including success based pricing.
